
Hardware Maintenance Support and Features
The CRPL Hardware Product Maintenance and Support Programs are designed to meet the support demands of the enterprise business environment. CRPL’s support personnel are equipped to help you whether you are installing, deploying, or supporting group calendaring across your enterprise.
The program is comprised of a series of support options that cover all hardware products, combining a wide range of tools and web support, telephone support hotline services and program options to allow you to create a complete support package.
CRPL Hardware Maintenance & Support plans vary based on the equipment, availability requirements and facility location. We have plans to accommodate any budget requirements.
Telephone support may be purchased in increment of 5 hours. We offer 2 different plans:
- If you need 24x7x365 technical phone coverage for critical systems.
- For less than critical support, we offer phone support during the business hours,
- Monday through Friday, from 8:00am - 5:00pm PST
if you have technical support expertise at your location to handle your hardware maintenance issues, we can provide “Hardware Only Support”.
4 hours response time from our trained service professional Monday-Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. local time, excluding nationally recognized holidays.
Get a 24x7 support for mission-critical systems to keep them continuously running. Our “On-Site/Crash Kit” program gives you the flexibility to fix problems right away, backed by 24x7x365 technical support and on-site emergency service.
- Maintenance, repairs, rectification, up gradation for all Intel based pc, servers and Internet appliances
- Multi-vendor services for De-installations, movements, Re-installations and preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.
- In house repair services for computers and peripherals.
