SettleALL is an International Traffic Monitoring System (ITMS) designed to combat illegal termination and grey traffic in the telecommunications industry. It processes IP and signaling traffic, analyzes calls terminated in the national network, and generates statistics based on traffic reconciliation.

Illegal traffic refers to unauthorized or fraudulent routing of telecommunications traffic. This typically involves the transmission of voice or data traffic over telecommunication networks without proper authorization or payment. Most of this illegal traffic is terminated/originated using VoIP.

SettleALL monitors, captures, and generates XDRs (Exchange Data Records) of international incoming traffic terminated at international bandwidth links. These XDRs are used to reconcile reported traffic by operators to the authority, ensuring full accounting and identifying fraudulent activities.

SettleALL mediates various types of Call Data Records (CDRs), reconciles source data to identify valid CDRs, ensures accurate accounting of international terminating traffic, and takes action against offenders involved in illegally terminating calls.

SettleALL generates extensive reports, including traffic trends, traffic categories, reconciliation reports, and module-wise detailed reports.
